Base fare, distance, time, any disclosed busy-time adjustment and the booking & safety fee. You see what the rider takes home, too. The price is held for five minutes and doesn't change after you book unless you change the trip.

SAFETY & TRUST
Safety comes before growth — and it's built into every step.
National ID, Class A licence, insurance and a good-conduct certificate, each checked by a person and tracked for expiry.
Passengers give the rider a trip code; recipients give a delivery PIN. Riders never see either in the app.
Send a link that shows the rider, plate and progress — no phone numbers, and it expires after the trip.
One tap alerts our safety desk with your trip and location. Call 999 or 112 straight from the app.
Suspensions, deductions and low ratings can be appealed. Nobody is punished by an algorithm alone.
Location only while you book, ride or are online. Trip trails kept 30 days; ID scans in private storage.

Every offer shows your take-home before you accept. Jobs go to the nearest eligible rider, with a fairness boost for riders who've had fewer jobs today — and every dispatch decision is logged and explainable. Decline for safety and it never counts against you.
